4. No returns are allowed as products are personal care items. If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, notify us within 3 days with photo evidence at consumer@edinora.com.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are placed on a trust basis. Repeated refusal may result in COD restriction or suspension.
